Affiliate Terms & Conditions
PROGRAM OVERVIEW
The 4-LD Peptides Affiliate Program allows approved affiliates to promote products through referral links, promotional codes, and approved marketing methods in exchange for commissions on qualifying purchases.
Participation in the program constitutes acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.
AFFILIATE APPROVAL
4-LD Peptides reserves the right to approve, deny, suspend, or terminate any affiliate application at its sole discretion.
Participation in the program is a privilege and not a right.
COMMISSIONS
Affiliates may earn commissions on qualifying purchases made using their assigned referral code or approved referral method.
Commission rates, structures, and payment schedules may be modified at any time at the discretion of 4LD Peptides.
Commissions are earned only on completed and verified transactions.
No commissions will be paid on:
- Refunded orders
- Chargebacks
- Fraudulent transactions
- Canceled orders
- Orders determined to violate company policies
PAYMENT OF COMMISSIONS
Affiliate commissions are typically reviewed and processed on a bi-monthly basis.
4-LD Peptides reserves the right to delay commission payments while investigating suspected fraud, abuse, returns, chargebacks, or policy violations.
PROHIBITED ACTIVITIES
Affiliates may not:
- Make false or misleading claims about products
- Represent products as intended for human or animal consumption
- Make medical, therapeutic, diagnostic, treatment, or disease-related claims
- Misrepresent their relationship with 4-LD Peptides
- Engage in spam marketing
- Use deceptive advertising practices
- Violate applicable laws or regulations
- Create unauthorized websites, domains, or social media accounts impersonating 4-LD Peptides
- Bid on trademarked company names or branded search terms without written authorization
COMPLIANCE WITH LAWS
Affiliates are solely responsible for complying with all applicable federal, state, local, and international laws regarding advertising, disclosures, endorsements, privacy, and marketing activities.
TERMINATION
4-LD Peptides reserves the right to suspend or terminate affiliate participation at any time, with or without notice, for any reason.
Upon termination, unpaid commissions associated with fraudulent activity, policy violations, or unqualified transactions may be forfeited.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
4-LD Peptides shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from participation in the Affiliate Program.
MODIFICATIONS
4-LD Peptides reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Affiliate Program or these Terms & Conditions at any time.
Continued participation constitutes acceptance of any modifications.
